Excellent service and prompt reply to initial enquiry. Emailed Monday regarding an outside tap that was running slow. Shaun came the next day, at the time specified to suit me, and replaced the tap. Shaun was friendly, and took the time to explain what the problem was. Thank you. Will definitely use this company again. Services: Faucet repair, Faucet installation

Baxi informed us and Jack the boiler was due for service, Jacks dad came to service the boiler as Jack was on holiday end of November, we also asked about a new radiator which his dad measured up and told us,Jack would sort the radiator out when he came home. My husband rang Jack second week in December and asked him when he would fit the radiator, the response was what radiator. Jack then said he would fit the radiator on 23rd December, meanwhile the boiler developed a drip , Jack told us what to do to sort it out , the boiler was ok for a couple of days then started to drip again, we decided that as it was minor we would leave it until the few days later when they were coming to fit the radiator. Then on 22nd December we received a message to say that they would not be coming as they didn't have the radiator . Jack had told us not to contact his dad as he had the diary for work, and that he wasn't back at work until January 3rd, meanwhile the boiler was still dripping, we left it until between Christmas and New Year then tried to contact Jack again twice, but only got the answer phone, so in desperation we contacted his dad, his dad was really busy and we mentioned contacting Jack but were told he was out of the country. In the end we canceled the job and got another plumbing firm in. The moral of the story is if you live in Lanzarote and need a plumber try Jack, but if you live in Rossendale, dont bother you are wasting your time and should try another plumber.
