Was a great photographer on the day (October 2021) but thats where the positive comments end. It took four months and a lot of chasing to get to view our photos on a online gallery. Never received the usb or prints. Disgusted at how many people he had done this too. He is still doing this to people as of today. He is now trading as 3 Little Boys on Facebook which is very worrying after what hes done.

I hate to write this but I am so upset over this I'd hate for someone else to go through what I have gone through. its tainted what should of been an exciting time. Although Chris was brilliant on the day- can't fault him! It's after that has been probably the worst communication and service I have ever received. No excuses on this earth can be deemed acceptable for NO communication and ignoring customers! Went 11 weeks after my wedding with no sneak peak and litterally begged for my pictures via email, phone, text, WhatsApp and messenger to the exent I found his wife on Facebook to get some answers as 11 weeks with no communication is worrying. I did think about giving a review then but thought give him the benefit of the doubt but to do this again is ridiculous. I have now waited 7 weeks again with no communication for my 10 pictures printed that came with my package and a USB to my home address? Nothings arrived and again not answering any means of communication. If you want great pictures and not bothered how long you wait and no communication Chris is your man!! If the above worries you stay clear or else you will end up regretting choosing him. Just wanted to add onto this review I have done that below Chris answered me stating my photos ( which I have paid for in my package and usb) had been sent- which to me is a lie but I thought take his word for it! He promised he would send out as other customers had had this issue. 4 weeks later Chris is still ignoring my messages and no photos or USB? I'm beyong upset over this service!!

I really begrudge writing a bad review as on our big day Chris was amazing! After being with us only 5 minutes it felt like I'd known him years and we all had a laugh getting ready, it was so relaxing! He snapped away discreetly and was very professional. He sent us a sneak preview the day after and they were so good we couldn't wait for the rest! He explained they would take more 10-12 weeks due to a backlog and we completely understood.... I waited 13 weeks before sending my first message just to see. I had no reply whatsoever, I then waited another week and still no reply. I then sent an email, no reply. I then read a review which said they never heard from him after their wedding so I started to panic! I rang (no answer) and sent another message.... he finally replied!!! He had been poorly and was getting on mine and would send them out the week after. The week after came and I messaged......no reply. I waited another week, tried again....no reply. It was 15 weeks then and Xmas time I was hoping to get some out for presents which obviously didnt happen and I again had no reply. After Xmas I Sent another email and called... then his wife replied a day after saying he was poorly and in bed, who can argue with that! She said he would get on them and get them to me the week after. We finally received them after 17 weeks and he said the video would be a day or 2... I was over the moon! Waited just over a week and no video news, I did wonder how the video would be made as I hadn't selected a song but the videographer was a different company through Chris. I messaged Chris about the video and.... no reply again! Waited again and called...no answer! Then I did some investigation work and tracked down the videographer myself and called him. He was so pleased I did as he'd asked Chris to ask me what song I wanted etc ages before but he never said anything to me. This was the most frustrating thing as he knew when he said it'd "take a day or two" that it would never be coming my way without this info! On week 21 now and only just working with the video guy so will get that soon. Feel really let down as he was so good on the day. I have since messaged about the photobook that we had in our package, he replied saying he would do a rough design that Saturday... that was 2 weeks ago now and I've just given up, I know we won't receive the book or prints that were meant to be included. We're just thankful we have the photos. There was meant to be a telephone meet before the wedding to discuss what we want from the photos and to get to know each other but I couldnt get hold of him until finally I did..... 3 days before the wedding!!! Should of rang alarm bells really but we got on really well and I was just so excited for the day.
