Boots Pharmacy

Currently positive with Covid and my brother in law has travelled to pick up my prescription, they was phoned and told of him coming they shut early and when he knocked refused to open for him. Absolutely disgusted with them as I specifically asked them when they closed and when he would arrive, I'm a poorly diabetic person and they are lucky I have enough medication to see me over the weekend till someone else can pick it up.

AVOID AS IF ONES LIFE WERE IN PERIL!!!!!! FOREVER GETTING THE MEDICINES WRONG!!!!!! DANGER!! ALSO THE TWO PAKASTANI PHARMACISTS ARE CLOSELY RELATED WHICH IS ILLEGAL AND UNETHICAL. THEY NEED REPORTING!!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE PREJUDICE JUDGEMENTAL AND SO NASTY. THERE IS ONE SPECIMEN CALLED TOM, A SCOUSE REJECT, WHOM HAS REAL PROBLEMS. VERY ABUSIVE. HE SHOULD NEVER BE WORKING IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE. BE WARNED!!!!! THEY ARE BEING PROSECUTED BY A FRIEND OF MINE. THEY ARE A HORRENDOUS LOT. #In it for the money.

Very disappointed with the Great Harwood pharmacy! I have been a customer for over 10 years but recently they gave me a prescription (cream) that I only order once a year that had an expiry date for next month, when I returned and explained to the pharmacist he told me I had to buy one every month at 9.35!! Great customer service!!

I would normally expect to trust a pharmacy with advice and information about healthcare so I was shocked and dismayed to find that this one is promoting misinformation & making recommendations that are detrimental to both personal and public health on window displays before you even enter the shop. Before posting I did some research and discovered that this has not been directed by the Boots Pharmacy organisation; it is purely the responsibility & fault of this local branch & pharmacist. Spreading lies & damaging lives - shame on you Boots Great Harwood.
