Everytime we come to collect my mother in laws prescription, which is a significant order, we end up having to wait over 45mins because they havent made it up. Not great when Im having to sit here with people coming in and out constantly. With where the que is positioned the only place to sit/stand is only a meter away from people. The prescription was sent from the GP 5 day's ago and is due today. Its really not acceptable that they havent even started to make the order up. Month after month its the same excuses.

I'm not sure why I need to wait 20 minutes for even the slightest acknowledgement I exist and am present.. But 4 visits and so far this is the shortest time.. Even when finally speaking it is perfunctory rather than helpful or friendly.. With a GP in the same building it feels like health and pharmacy are colluding to present a united front when it comes to making patients an inconvenience rather than a customer? Even my close friend who is a qualified pharmacist said the quality of response I received for a recent prescription issue was woefully poor..

Very friendly staff only thing they could improve on is probably how long it takes but i guess theres a procedure they have to follow no fault of the staff, also its located inside the medical centre which is good
