        Spent 20 minutes looking for my prescription, then discovered they couldnt fulfil my script as could only provide me with a brand Im allergic too. Said I need my GP to specify a brand despite the fact Ive been taking these for 15 years! Whilst stood waiting two other people turned away for over the counter items not in stock. Asked to make complaint but said no one to complain to. Wasted 30 minutes of my time for nothing. Rang Haslingden Tesco and had what I needed in stock. Needless to say I have now requested that they move me to their system. Shocking service!
