I have been a client of Neil's for most of 2022 and with the start of 2023 I am looking forward to continuing my twice-weekly 1:2:1 sessions! Thanks to Neil's attention to detail and his carefully thought out programme of exercises, I have made great progress since joining Target Health & Fitness. I generally achieve one or two "personal bests" every week with the varied programme of exercises, which Neil tailors to suit each client. No two weeks are the same. There is no pressure to "perform" - just gentle encouragement to do a couple more repetitions. As I am now in my 70s I realise the importance of maintaining and improving on my overall fitness and balance. This is so that I can continue everyday life as before. The improvement really starts to show after a few months. Thank you, Neil!

I wanted to build up strength in my legs and core after knee replacements. It wasn't just my fitness that was low but my muscle mass. Neil worked out a programme that would work for me and the difference in less than a year have been amazing. Everyday tasks are much easier and I can walk a fair way with confid3nce and no sticks. A new lease of life and that's thanks to Neil on top of that we have a cracking laugh

I started training with Neil in 2022 with quite a short timeframe, in preparation for an event. He conducted a thorough assessment of my requirements and expectations and tailored a plan to sensibly achieve my goal, with guided resistance training, focussing on technique and ability and calorie deficit guidance. He also advised me on balanced meal plans suitable for the whole family. Although I had a regular session slot, Neil accommodated changes to schedule where possible. Great for a mum where things can change with little notice! Following minor surgery, Neil adapted my training plans to ensure optimum recovery whilst still working towards my goal. Neil has set me on a great path, and I would definitely return to Target in the future. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.
