A big thanks to the guys at Spray it. I Completed their UPVC course today which was lead by Shaun who explained everything thoroughly and in detail. Although the course was only over 3 days I have learned a lot and feel ready to start spraying.

Had old gloss wardrobe doors resprayed today and are thrilled with the results. The doors look like new! The company have been professional from start to finish and communication has been excellent. The care taken to protect the property whilst the doors were being sprayed was excellent and the final result impressive. We could not have asked for a harder working more polite person to carry out the job. What a credit tk the company. Sad to say that a week after posting the above review the paint started to chip off the wardrobes. Since then we have been in contact with the company on a weekly basis to try and arrange a respray. Having been fobbed off for weeks I have waited in all day today for the resprayer to arrive but no surprise no-one came. We paid 780 for a few hours work that didn't last a week. The guarantee it a joke. The customer service is appalling. What a shame. Initial communication was excellent.

I had a kitchen re spray job booked in the calendar for months with Spray It. I contacted them numerous times and even spoke on the phone about the upcoming job. They even sent me an email the day prior to work starting to remind me that work commenced the following day. I turned down an opportunity for work myself so I could be in the day they were due. I waited over an hour after their supposed start time and was not contacted. I then called the company to check they were still coming as I had spent the night before clearing cupboard fronts ready for the team to come. The person on the phone said they will check where the spray team are - basically he knew they werent coming and didnt want to be the bearer of bad news. I then received a phone call from a woman saying that the team had a job in the morning and it wasnt complete in time so wont be with me today. I was expecting them at 11am. She then reassured me that all the work will be completed the following day which I was highly doubtful of knowing they had to prepare, prime and then respray my cupboards and allow adequate drying time. She then WhatsAppd me rather than called me (such bad customer service) and said they couldnt come at all this week as it couldnt be done in a day as suggested. She said they were booked until the end of the week and would be in touch. I am having my entire kitchen worktops removed and tiling completed, work which has been in the diary for months, and this respray needed to be done prior to those jobs commencing. Now I have no kitchen respray and no contact at all from the company. I myself missed a days work pay and am incredibly disappointed with the lacklustre service. Nobody has contacted me since.
