        I can only describe this place as being the worst week of our lives, a living HELL. The attitude of the staff and management was appalling. There was no element of "care" , just arrogance, indifference and complete lack of professionalism. Their only goal is to swindle your money in the name of "care". Boycott The Hollies !!!
