Sparthfield Happy Nursery

They try to con you out of money. 2.50 a day charge for the kids to play with the toys, 3 for lunch, I said I would pack a lunch for my child and they said you still have to pay due to them drinking water and juice here and also a 50 starting fee. What a joke of a joke of a place, they just want your money

Absolutely beautiful building and the manager is lovely and clearly works very hard such a shame her team lets her down. Very clicky staff who dont make you feel welcome at all, staff make it very obvious they have favourite children which leads to children being left out. Their hygiene isnt up to standard children drinking all out the same cups which is very unhygienic especially with Covid around and the bibs had black mold in them, staff didnt seem to like when I mentioned this to the manager and after that I was made to feel uncomfortable in the setting so i felt like this I didnt want my son attending this nursery as I felt like I couldnt really trust the staff as I didnt feel like they were a good team and definitely not a good environment to be in for me or my son
