        Ordered a chair from here on the 2nd of September been receiving emails giving me delivery dates several times a week then when the date comes they say sorry its been delayed still hasn't come, I could have walked from Accrington to Leeds by now. If you have any sense don't buy from here.

        Made an order and paid 400 for a mobility chair for my father about 6-8 weeks ago and was promised within 7 days delivery but have not heard anything from them since. Can't get through via phone or emails are not replied too. Can't get hold of them to get refund either.

        I placed an order for furniture which never turned up.Customer service is non-existent as it is incredibly difficult to get in contact. Despite calling multiple times everyday no one is ever available to answer the phone and it takes weeks to recieve a response via email. When I was able to get in contact I was told they would get back to me with more information and never did. Im now waiting on a refund which is now also overdue. Please save yourself the headache and misery and avoid this company.
