        I definitely recommend Richard and Ribble Valley Recliners to anyone looking for a recliner chair. It was a pleasure to speak to him. It can be really confusing finding the right chair. Richard offers an excellent service and knows all about what chair might suit different people's situations. It was very easy to contact him, talk everything through and he delivered and demonstrated the chair to the staff in my mother's care home.

        I was horrified when my 1700 leather swivel recliner started to lean to one side. I realised the toughened plastic spindle had cracked. I searched EVERYWHERE for a solution! I eventually removed the old spindle, took a photo of it with Google Lens and it automatically referred me to Ribble Valley Recliners who have an updated version of the part. A shiney new metal spindle arrived 4 days after contact. Richard is amazing, he explained everything. I AM OVER THE MOON with the product & instructions and service. I'd give 10 stars if it would allow!
