I chose ELAP to fit a mobility scooter hoist to my Range Rover. What a good move that turned out to be, they turned up to transport my car and inspected it for any damage. The engineer provided a diagram recording any existing marks so I knew I would get the car back in exactly the same condition it left in. The boot floor panel required a lot of modification so rather than ruin the original they removed it and fabricated a new one which they carpeted and was a perfect match to the car. Now if I decide to change the car the hoist can be removed and the original floor panel refitted. The finished job was better than i ever imagined and looks like an original factory fit. The staff are all great to deal with. I can only add my thanks to them all for a stress-free experience and great result.

Very unprofessional company. I attended an interview and the interviewer was very bored and off-hand throughout. She was browsing her Facebook page whilst asking me half-hearted questions. I asked what was good about working for Elap and she said finishing early to go to the dentist?! I was offered a role with them late on a Tuesday and accepted first thing on Thursday morning (needed a little time to compare the offers and choose the right one for me). I was then told a couple of days later that they had changed their mind because I took too long to accept the role. They then ignored the agency for over a week, then said they'd already hired someone else. Very disappointing experience (especially as I'd turned down another role), would not recommend!

Have dealt with Gary and Jamie, cannot praise them highly enough, when there has been issues and lets face it dealing with cars/vans things are going to go wrong, but with Elap they were on the ball, no waiting, willing to see vehicle and fix problem with 30 mins notice. Great to know these guys are only a short trip away from me, they fill you with confidence that it will be sorted, they take ownership of an issue and see it through to completion. It is a pity I can only give them 5 stars, wish I could give them more. Thanks for all your help guys Cheers Eddie
