Had some issues getting in touch to start with. But sometimes, electronic comms can go astray and this company went out of their way to reassure me and resolve my issues when I followed up with them. Totally impressed by their customer service and would recommend them to friends.

Purchased a Gallows bracket to replace a very rotten old one. Great product, good value, sent quickly (within 48hrs) and very well packaged. A refreshingly positive experience. Would not hesitate to recommend or to deal with them again.

I ordered 4 adjustable stainless steel post bases from them last week and delivery was next day. Unfortunately, a couple had a fault but Vicki and Paul from Canopy helped immediately to address the issue upon contact from me and replacement, fully working, parts arrived within 24 hours. A very customer friendly, responsive company, which I have no hesitation recommending.
