        Bad Director called Steve Kenny. Does not care. I was promised refund by customer service manager Allison. 4 hours later I was called and they back tracked saying they will only offer 50% refund. Now they are saying they wont refund noting. Do not buy from RCS if you have a problem and the Director gets involved he will make it difficult for you and saying he wants a solicitors letter. Bad man doe snot listen does not care. 16th June 2021 update. I have received 75% refund today so still owed 25% I should have full refund as RCS made the door wrong I should not be out of pocket 500 for there mistake. They have admitted to the mistake. But the Director has blocked emails. Luckily I paid on credit car so section 75 claim will be done. So if you want to do business with RCS lets hope you dont have a problem
