        The company's product and customer service is an absolute disaster. I bought a swivel for Ford Transit Custom and had it delivered to Germany. Total cost: 350 price of goods + 160 cost of transportation + 115 duty. The goods had a defect or production error, so that they did not matched into the screws. The customer service simply left me alone with my problem. Then I finally had it milled by a workshop so that it fit. I also had to pay 150 euros for the workshop. Then began the problem with the TV. The product came with the first page of a test, which should be a certificate. But it was only the first page of a full multi-page report. The TV wanted to see the whole report, which is understandable. Upon request, after a very long waiting time, the company informed me that they would not send the remaining pages to customers. Customers only get the first page. I made a video about it and put it on Youtube. If you want to see it, you can do it. Just search in youtube "Ford Transit Custom Einbau von Doppelbeifahrersitz Drehkonsole".
