Tony was exceptionally friendly, helpful and honest. Assessed the problem professionally, didn't try to to turn anything into a bigger job than it had to be and was very informative of the process. Our front door was having issues that stopped us being able to open it once closed, with out jimmying the latches with something and turning the lock at the same time. After checking the lock itself there did not seem to be any issues with the mechanism and was more the alignment of the door, hinges and latches causing the problem. Everything was adjusted and testing and is now working perfectly.

Professional service the company fixed my door 6 months ago. It was sticking again so I contacted them they came out the same day and fixed it free of charge. Much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them.

I called Tony about our door not locking yesterday and he was very good, told me to look at the door to describe what was happening then he arranged a time to call back and he arrived today on time and fixed the lock. A friendly efficient service and very good price. Will definitely use him again. Thanks Tony.
