AST Assistance

I joined a few Landlord Facebook groups for advice when I needed to evict a tenant, and AST Assistance and Mark Dawson's name kept coming up. I'm so glad I went ahead with contacting Mark to get the ball rolling. Robyn was allocated my case and was brilliant, her advice, support, and quick responses to my emails, at what was an uncertain and worrying time for me, was reassuring and kept me calm. The tenancy was surrendered mid way through the court case which saved me a great deal of money and hassle. I have no hesitation in recommending AST Assistance to fellow Landlords, their knowledge and expertise will prove invaluable to anyone who needs to take back possession of their property.

They took all the stress away and covered my back at all times. I had initially spoken to Mark Dawson who was very understanding and supportive. Robyn was calm and held my hand throughout and was very focused and determined. I now have a Possession Order! Very reasonably priced and highly recommended!

I can't recommend AST Assistance highly enough. I was given their details by someone on FB after asking for details of an eviction service. My tenants had been given notice nearly 5 months previously and hadn't looked for another property. I emailed Mark Dawson and he called me next day. He was very helpful, understanding and very reassuring. He sent me details of all the costs involved and within a week of dealing with Mark and the team the paperwork was in order and sent to the court. The difference that made to the stress of the situation was amazing. Fortunately my tenants moved at the 11th hour so it didn't go all the way to court but I wouldn't hesitate to use AST ASSISTANCE again if I needed to as their service really takes away the anxiety and stress of the situation. Thanks to Mark and Robyn for making a difficult situation so much easier to deal with. Great job!
