If you are happy to be handed an incorrect last will & testament then this is the place to go. Yes, unbelievably the receptionist handed us the wrong version of my mothers will shortly after her death. It was only by sheer luck that we found a copy of the correct will amongst papers at her home, so we were able to spot the mistake, otherwise we would have been distributing the estate incorrectly. The implications of such a basic error dont bare thinking about. This incompetence was made worse but the total lack of an apology. Indeed the receptionist, on being told she had issued the wrong will, she effectively blamed my late mother by saying well, your mother has changed her will a few times. Not attempt to accept responsibility and no apology. We can only hope that this mistake hasnt happened to others, and gone unnoticed.
