Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Be careful dealing with this firm. They didn't advise any costs at the start then hit me with a 2.6k bill. I did all the work they just forwarded my emails on then charged me ridiculous fees for forwarding on my emails which I was never told costs. Very dishonest, uncaring and quite frankly daylight robbery. We lost our case which got handed over twice and I didn't even hear from them for over 3months due to "Internal issues"??????? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 22.07.22 I am now adding to this review which I left last week as I cannot reply to the owners ridiculous reply saying they gave me costs - I am the Managing Director and have run my company for 7 years, if you gave me the costs at the start then quite clearly I would not be writing this TRUE statement would I? When I asked you guys to provide me with proof you gave me costs when you slapped me with a 2.6k bill for terrible and inaccurate work you refused - please check the file and all correspondence! YOU NEVER GAVE ME COSTS!!!!!! I'VE USED YOU 3 TIMES WHEN YOU HAD A DECENT SOLICITOR WORKING THERE THAT OUTLINED COSTS AND HAS NOW LEFT YOUR TERRIBLE BUSINESS - I WONDER WHY!!!??? THE STAFF I DEALT WITH THIS TIME WERE BEYOND SHOCKING AND NEVER GAVE ME COSTS!!!!!!!! I find it funny how the first 2 times I was never charged for emails and telephone calls and now the 3rd time you've decided to slap me with a load of charges that were never agreed or even advised!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!

Brilliant service on our house purchase with Acklam Bond. The price was really reasonable and the service amazing. Julie is brilliant, really responsive and explains everything clearly. Would definitely use again and would recommend to family and friends
