I have used farleys for many years and have found them professional and efficient every time.

I approached this lawfirm as they dealt with abuse cases. I approached Farley, 5/6 years ago and still no decision. On my case I'm still waiting. I was promised a copy of my files so that I could go through them and still to this day I do not have my files. I've tried to make a formal complaint. Farley solicitors website does not have a complete section. When I called them to discuss. I was told I would need to speak to a lady called Debbie King about my complaint I'm still waiting to speak to this lady my experience of 5 to 6 years has not been pleasant. When you call to speak to the lawyer that's support. In your case they're never available. You have to book a telephone appointment weeks in a head to speak to the Lawyer . Avoid this law firm, as there are much better lawfirms out there with a heart and compassion to support you not from this law, firm, the money, greedy, hungry takers. Avoid at all costs.

Farleys solicitors have helped me with an accident claim for the past few years, and have been professional and very approachable with their approach. They are consistent in what they do, and have helped to keep flow along the way. Highly recommend their time and service.

I cant thank Holly Barnes enough for her services and how professional she was throughout my case. Always use Julie at Farley's. She gets the job done. I used acklam bond once and regretted it massively.
