Paying 15 a head you expect better than the tex mex equivalent of Japanese food. Even the kimchi looked like a dry mess from a tube.

If i could give 0 i would! Ive been looking forward to visiting here and sloothing their instagram to be extremely disappointed. We ordered on foodie friday (on their website) so i could avoid the lines. I ordered at 6:30 to collect at 7:10, once i got there i discovered none of my food had been prepared and instead newer orders were being completed. I eventually got my food at 7:40 and was still excited to eat. Only to discover that one of the meals were missing half of the ingredients and the korean bbq chicken was spicier than siracha, i returned to say i haven't got what i ordered only to be rudely spoken to by a lady who said that menu isn't running tonight, where did you order it from when i said their website she just looked at me. I said that i should have got what i ordered or at least be told it wasnt available, instead because it was a takeaway i think she presumed id discover the issue once home. I asked for a refund.. no receipt was given and i was just told to trust them it would be refunded in 5 days. I guess we will see
