I approached this company with a nightmare scenario where my previous broker had ceased trading and my renewal motor insurance was in disarray.Their response was superb.As an octogenarian I was bewildered and worried. They took all my concerns on board ad responded with outstanding skill, concern and care. In this age of 'on hold' 'you are in queue' 'press this or that' I was greeted with real persons,real expertise and courtesy.. A beacon business!!

We have recently moved to Trickett & Son Insurance Ltd to arrange Motor Traders Insurance for my small business. I could not be happier with my decision to entrust Tricketts to arrange my annual cover. They have gone above and beyond to help us, in understanding what type of insurance we need to best protect us against the unforeseen. We are a small family business and been trading for 30 years but still worry about what we can afford and we wish to have our customers vehicles protected when they are in our care. Tricketts representative went out of their way to reassure us and it felt like someone was in our corner tyring to get us the best, and they did just that. Thank you.
