        Unbelievably bad housing association had damp issues, bathrooms issues , windows issues. Then they send untrained people that dont have a clue what theyre doing in the process of reporting them.

        Well there's one thing I have learned about Onward in these past few months and that a lot of the staff are all about making their job as easy as possible for themselves with very little regard for any of the people living in the actual scheme.

        Disgusting night and day staff they are taking my disabled brothers dog off him for no reasons at all they dont do repairs at his flat they just constantly bully my brother and help themselves in to the flat and touch stuff what are not theres.
