        The hairdresser who did my hair was lovely and listened to everything I said. However the manager Sophie made me feel very uncomfortable. Not only did she barge in and take over her work, but she scratched my neck with the comb several times, and even blow dried my hair so aggressively that she burnt my ear and hurt my head with the roller brush. The way she spoke to her staff was borderline abusive and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and awkward. The salon itself was beautifully kept and I am very happy with my hair cut. However I don't think I'll be coming back here due to the manager's terrible attitude.
