After going into Julia at the beginning of last year wanting a new colour after dying my hair jet black for years I am over the moon with the result. Julia has taken her time to gradually add blonde into my hair over the last year which has left it in amazing condition, she is great value for money and also such good company and so welcoming while you are in there would highly recommend I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else now Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

Julia is a great hairdresser, ive been coming here for 10 years, wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair.. Great value for money and very professional. Julia is a lovely lady I would definitely recommend.

I visited this place after the person I normally went to was sick. On remembering seeing a sign in the window, "Eyebrow wax, Special 5", I decided to go in. Julia who confirmed that was her name was very friendly when I walked in. She had 3 dogs in the shop that was barking at me but she assured me they were harmless. As soon as she began the treatment on my eyebrows she began questioning me about my name, where I lived, worked and how much I normally paid to do my eyebrows. By this time she was finished and I had to point out to her 3 times where she had not removed the hair properly. On the last attempt she removed too much hair and left me with a small patch on my right eyebrow. When I pointed it out to her she said she wasn't seeing any issues. I got a bit emotional because it was noticeable. I handed her a 10 note, and she charged me 8. I began telling her she messed up my eyebrows and over charged me which she denied over and over again. By this time, her friend who was in the shop got involved in the disagreement. And began telling me off. When I finally pointed out she had a sign of the special she had going she denied ever knowing the special for eyebrows was on her window and said some other girl put it there. I mentioned to her that I had passed by for weeks and saw the same sign so how could you not know.... It was a very uncomfortable and awful experience for me. But to have your friend address your customers is unprofessional on every level. Not to mention blatantly lying while over charging me. It's just horrible.
