        QFL is a family run business and it won't belong before you feel like part of the family. Nik and Tash are so knowledgeable and supportive. Every one is so friendly and helps you out if you need it. Great location and the space is amazing to cover all the exercises and equipment needed for a full body workout.

        I have been coming to QFL for over a year now and absolutely love it. I am stronger than ever and actually *enjoy* going to bootcamp! The gym is super clean, circuits are challenging and theres always something different each week. Nik is incredibly welcoming and does a great job keeping us all motivated. His jokes are okay too if you like that sort of thing anyway, if youre thinking of joining dont hesitate! A very friendly bunch and a great place to be.
