If it was possible to give zero I would I have been trying to call with regards to my partners membership as she is busy working and not one answer in 10 phone calls spanning over two days. Sort it out

I joined this gym so I could train 6am to 7am but three months left on my annual membership the opening times changed but I wasn't informed about this change so I turned up as normal 05.50am ready to improve my already amazing body but sadly by 06.10 nobody turned up to open the gym.i tried ringing on and off for four days and finally got a response on the fourth day and then I was told about all the changes.i told them I can only train at that time because of my work commitments and asked for my three months refund but was told no refund.you don't treat your members like this you should make refunds to all members in a position like mine,I feel like I've been robbed of my hard earned money(three months membership =67.50p I could go out and have a nice meal with that. Please get your act together and honour your members.

2/3 weeks before the gym fundamentally closed, i purchased two annual upfront memberships for fit4life for me and my partner. Ive had a long spell away from any sort of formal fitness and honestly, I was quite intimidated by going back into a gym. It might seem weird to some, but it was quite a big deal for me taking that first Step to getting fitter. So imagine my horror when Luke dropped that video about changing the gym. Now my initial response to it (as a business owner myself) was fair play, hes creating a unique value proposition in the face of a changing industry and new local competitors. But, the gym i joined would have a totally different feel, I cant remember what he coined it, a high performance personal training centre or so. That wasnt the vibe I was going for, It would be amazing for some people, but not for me. I dont want world class personal training As I said, I understood he decision to change things. So, I emailed Luke and said best of luck in the future, I wish you well with it, but its not for me, please could you cancel our memberships and refund the fees. This was met with a total snotty attitude, wasnt interested at all with doing the right thing, instead just got back totally rude emails that really got my back up. I mentioned to Luke that his attitude was totally off base and I wouldnt hesitate in taking legal action to claim the money back, and he attitude was bring it on. Totally disgusted, bemused and shocked at the levels hell stoop to, all for the sake of less than 500. It Wreaks of desperation and it seems he couldnt care less about me, or any of the rest of his clients so it seems. I just wanted to let you know what youre dealing with and Im sure if anyone gets to read this, Lukes responses will be totally on brand, argumentative and a total disdain for the people in his community It cant be long till we see this place boarded up/liquidated/sold on. Hopefully this gym will be under better management soon
