        Not helpful at all, each time you go for an appointment here theres no progress but some of the people that work here have the audacity to make you feel intimated as if you arent doing enough to find work. If youve given a reasonable explanation as to why you cant attend an appointment (as literally a one off for a good reason), they still force you to cancel your other life commitments and attend a 20 minute face to face chat to at isnt useful.

        In no way at all have i had help of this job centre for a job , been 4th month running I haven't got my UC I don't know how they expect you to live on nothing I'm a worker and I'm struggling to find work
