Platters Slate

I ordered a slate clock as a present. It arrived both wet and broken. This was over a week ago. I have sent this company 5 emails and thus far one automated reply stating send it back! To where?? No label, no returns form, zero contact from customer service! Unable to call this company as no contact number listed! Taken my money for a broken clock! All I've asked for is a replacement! I have now received my refund thank you

Liked the clock but poor after sales. Only the second hand works. Waiting 3 weeks for a new mechanism. Takes away the meaning of the gift

We purchased a slate clock which was a present for friends. The quality was very good and they were very pleased with their gift.

Very poor experience so far. I requested information about customising an item. I had an email response the following day but no further information. It was the weekend so I decided to order the item without customising. I paid extra for premium delivery. This was over a week ago now. Item has not been delivered. No response to emails, telephone calls not answered. Very disappointed to say the least. I wanted to support a small local business and this company is doing all of them a great disservice. I'm sure if I'd gone to the obvious large company I'd have had next day delivery and a great service. I don't like to leave bad reviews for any organisation. I also don't want any other customer to have the same disappointment and loss of money. I remain hopeful that I will eventually have a response and either the item delivered with a refund for additional postage costs, or a refund in full. I'm not sure how they stay in business if this is their standard of service. I'd prefer to give no stars, but have to select at least one to be able to post.
