        Went in on a Saturday morning at about 11:30 with horrific pain in my shoulder from a fall at Christmas and also has minimal movement In the joint. I was given an appointment for 1pm, was called in by 10passed, assessed and sent for X-rays straight away and then had my result within half an hour. After finding out I had a broken it I left with an appointment booked in at the fracture clinic for 3 days later. The team were great and cant tell you how thankful I was to not sit in a&e for a crazy length of time!

        Waiting time minimal, staff caring and professional, so much better than a large hospital. For example was asked if I wanted a glass of water, never been offered this at a larger hospital when only going for an appointment
