        I was quite nervous going into Birtwistle &Rishton. The lady who greeted me was called flure she was excellent from the moment i sat down to discuss the arrangements for my wifes funeral. She made me feel very welcome and explained everything very clearly and did not try to push me into anything i did not want or need. Great service from a very nice sympathetic member of staff. Thank you very much
