Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone concerned, especially Darren, Dawn and Neil, for making our dad's "send off" the best it could possibly be. Everyone was courteous, professional and compassionate, without losing the personal touch! We couldn't have asked for more and felt very much at ease in the most difficult of situations. Sincere regards from the family of the late Mr William ( Bill) Colliston.

Used Gibson's in Bolton which is with Fred Hamers for my husband's funeral in August 2018. The funeral itself was fine but the following January I found out that there had been an overpayment on the funeral and instead of sending it back to the Yorkshire bank they had sent a cheque to my late husband's brother for 847.50 who had cashed it and spent it. My solicitor tried to get the money back but they would not budge. At the moment it is with Nafd still waiting a decision but I would like to warn people to check what you are paying for in case you find yourself in the same position.

It with a very sad heart I have to give this such a bad review but the things which have come to light over my uncle funeral as made me so mad we were asked for the money upfront we thought this was unusual but went ahead and made payment only to be told payment had not been made and the funeral would be stopped we again informed them payment had been done and shown proof not even a sorry the upset of which this experience as cause at such a bad and crazy time is just unforgivable
