Paid for 2 meals got no chips and the wrong drinks, rung to ask for the chips got put on hold for over 5 minutes, had to be up for work early doors so I gave up waiting, shocking service. I will not be ordering again

It's totally gone down hill over past few times, missing parts of orders, takes up to two hours for delivery, orders always mixed instead of what is asked for per meal, charging for extras when they shouldn't, for example, sauces on burgers etc.. the fries are always to hard to eat, you could break teeth on them and food is virtually cold. Finally I wouldn't even give them to my dog!

Takes ages and food was over and undercooked. Couldnt eat it because I was disgusted, waste of money.
