        Sorry to have to say this but would not recommend anyone touch this dealership, unless you want a new car as they will be all over you. Having one is different matter!! My daughter unfortunately can't afford a new car so has to make do with the one she has. Booked her car in 10 days ago needed service m.o.t. and timing belt, was told not a problem will need new water pump at the same, so they knew what was involved. My daughter told them that she was going on holiday the day after in the car and would it ne ready and was told yes. Took car in today and they have done m.o.t and service but said that the timing belt they can't do as it requires a specialist to do it!! How the heck you can have a ford dealership and take a ford into them and the dealership does not have anyone to work on them?? Extremely poor and to tell my daughter now when they knew 10 days ago what was required and at last minute tell her they can't do it when had they said 10 days ago she could have found another garage. Extremely poor service so be warned, buying a car, no problem very helpful having one is a different matter!

        Took my focus in for a front wheel alignment , 3 times they took it & 3 times it was wrong. My steering wheel was wrong off to the right so I had to stear left to go straight. They tried blaming it on my tyre pressures. I took it to a garage in haslingden where it took half an hour to fix & it drove straight DONT USE TAYLORS
