        This is the second time I have been in to this florists. On both occasions, the lady was abrupt and curt. Not at all friendly or even helpful. Today I was trying to buy roses for my mums funeral. I left without making a purchase. I will never shop here again! This is not the level of service that is acceptable or should be tolerated!
