Everything is clearly thought out. Spare labels go into the wrist band, other labels to attach elsewhere and a very useful plastic card to go into a wallet/purse etc. Good online support. The 1 month premium service with emergency contact details is good value and to top it up there is a free wrist band if you take this service. In all happy with.

Tag arrived quickly. Well made and looks presentable when worn. Had a problem with QR CODE not working . Had some difficulty contacting You-ID but when contact was made Lee went above and beyond to sort the problem. New tag with working QR CODE sent out next day. We discussed contact problem and he is looking to make it more transparent. To sum up: *quality tag, obvious when worn but notin your face * customer service superb - problem solved within hours by polite and courteous staff.
