Really impressed with Daniel and his team. A number of other companies/plumbers had come out and left without helping with the job. Drain Medics were quick, professional and very reasonable. Would definitely use again!

I had a blocked pipe and called for somebody to come out as it was backing up a toilet and I need to get it sorted urgently. The team came round the same day. They sorted it and showed me on their camera that there was something stuck in the pipe which had been dropped during other work being done. The team gave me a full breakdown of what needed to be done and gave me a time scale of 6 to 12 months when they recommended it needed to be sorted by. A few months passed and I called them to come and fix the issue found on the camera last time. When they arrived they first put the camera down to check the blockage only to find that it had gone. I was not outside at the time so they could have easily just carried on with the work agreed. However they came to find me to inform me that the blockage had now washed away and that no further work needed to be done. I would highly recommend this company for their honesty let alone the great quick work they did first time round.
