Absolutely disgusting service. Been ringing since march for them to repair my windows and still nothing has been done. Just want to warn any other buyers away from these people .

DO NOT use this company. We have been trying for almost 2 years now to get them to come out and fix our windows that they measured and fit incorrectly in the first place. After reading their reviews other people have had the same problems. I can literally see daylight from one of them between seal and window, can feel a breeze when i put my hand next to them and they whistle when its windy. They say they will get back to us and then never get in contact, its always us contacting them. I really do not recommend this company at all, appalling service.

It's now the fifth time I've used this company for my windows in the past ten years and yet again I'm left very satisfied with all aspects of the product I've received I can't recommend them enough thanks guys for everything. Ed

Very disappointed with the service with this company, started off with wrong handles, gaps in the windows you could see daylight from the window frames, windows made a whistling sound, the after service, was shocking, took many attempts to get in touch with them, when finally got in touch , kept making excuses, turned up blaming some other reasons why they were poorly /fitted, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
