Absolutely a joke I've lived in clayton le moors all my life and still can't get a doctors appointment phone up at 8 in the morning and half an hour later thay come on and tell you no appointments ive been suffering wit my chest for about 2 months and thay dont chare about you wot so ever

Too much hassle. Only phone appointment when you finally get through. How can somebody diagnose over the phone when they don't know you & have never seen you before.

Absolutely atrocious. The practice GP's seem to have vanished, obviously prioritising their private work. All you ever get is a call back from an unknown GP. My partner was recently misdiagnosed via a phone call and ended up waiting 10 hours in A&E, before being admitted with internal bleeding

Never have I known a doctors that doesnt book appointments in advance. You have to call at 8am in the morning which by that point about 50 other people are calling and then your stuck in a que to be told there are no more appointments for the day. Be trying to get my son looked at for over a year but keep on getting fobbed of with phone appointments and pictures. I am going to change doctors. The one I used to be registered to before I moved here were the best
