I had a telephone appointment with a lovely nurse. And after consultation she said i need a prescription for antibiotics. She said wait a couple of hours. I waited then rang surgery to be informed wont be ready till tomorrow has Dr needs to sign it. Surely if the nurses are competent to diagnose you over the phone. They should be competent to send prescription to pharmacy. So hopefully boots have meds tomorrow or it will be day 3 of being told i need antibiotics but dont have them.

Haveing a small Procedure done today it was perfect .All the staff was very helpful and nice. My appointment was on time ,the doctor Dr Sam Smith was brilliant and made you feel total at ease can not thank the whole team enough THANK YOU ALL

Despite having photo Bluebadge ID I had to come back three times when reception couldn't photo copy the form I needed and insisted I need dob document just for a copy of my medical history. The form gave a list of acceptable ID with a box that said "other" ID not on the list. My bluebadge photo ID was refused. I was trying to prove who I was by written ID when they could see who I was. I had to come back a 3rd time with my passport. The fact they didn't know how to print a form off, not explaining what was needed and refusing the bluebadge ID completely useless.
