Last week I rang in the afternoon and got a telephone appointment next day. Really lovely doctor.
This week rang and was told to ring 8am , rang and was told only telephone appointment.
Last week I was told I would be rang by 10am. This week I am told it will be anytime up to 7.
Getting the feeling they make it up as they go along.
Receptionist have recently always been polite though.
