Had check up and X-rays this morning with Marina. Lovely lady and very professional. New receptionist also very nice.

Terrible, terrible dentist. Please avoid at all costs. I have wasted hours and hours of my life following up my dental treatment after a serious traumatic accident. Marina is a rude, unprofessional and most of all DANGEROUS dentist that has failed me on multiple occasions, from writing the wrong dental notes for a tooth removal (which sounds as comforting as you might think) to refusing to examine my teeth despite being a patient at the practise. If you enjoy wait times of around 25mins to get through to a receptionist that is utterly clueless (which you have to ring multiple times over a week to follow up on treatment) then this might be the dental practise for you. A separate practise which I have a referral with, Synergy, cannot even get in contact with Marina so good luck to anyone registered with SMILE for serious dental treatment.

Just finished my treatment of a gum treatment, tooth extraction and a new crown. Marina Raquel Silva Alves is amazing and really knows her stuff, excellent service and she is so thoughtful when carrying out her treatments. Highly recommend Marina and the team at Smile dental care Accrington.

Reception needs to get better customer service be polite and helpfull not grumpy and snappy
