        My last appointment was cancelled by them, they never rearranged the appointment and then struck me off their patient list. I called them to discuss this, they promised someone would call me back but they didn't. I think this might be because I'm an NHS patient, they clearly don't want me as a customer. Hopefully if they see this review they will reach out and try and resolve this problem. Thanks.

        I was very anxious about visiting the dentist after 13 years! I had several issues and insecurities with my teeth. Max & Derry really made me feel comfortable. Max explained everything throughly and really helped with my dental journey and straightening my teeth. I'm very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend him.

        There really is not enough words to describe Alex. One of the dentist here. She is incredible,thoughtful, understanding, patient, kind and wonderful with nervous patients the list is endless. She will never do anything without talking you through step by step. And talks to you throughout making sure you are ok and is constantly praising you for doing well and being brave . Seriously Alex is amazing and would highly recommend to anyone especially those patients like myself whom was so so scared of dentists. I actually do not think there is anyone as bad as me and Alex just takes it in her stride and goes at my pace . I wish I could give more than 5 stars she deserves a million .

        My previous dentist was located in Manchester where I used to live. Although at first I was reluctant to do so, when I needed root canal treatment, I knew I needed to find a new dentist local to me to avoid all the travel etc. I didn't need to worry about changing or the pending treatment. The dental treatment from Alexanne and her assistant Sophie was exceptional and very professional. Everything was explained in detail throughout and I was always made to feel comfortable in the chair. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommended Alexanne and the practice to anyone!
