By far the most pleasant dentist visit I've ever had. Easy booking online, good follow up communication, really pleasant building and environment and a really lovely team. I'm so pleased to have found what is now my new dentist. Thank you so much!

I feel bad for the low rating but honestly I think its deserved. Here's my reasoning: I called in for an emergency tooth extraction after trauma to my mouth resulted in a broken tooth. For some reason they could not extract my tooth without severe pain so I was sent away with antibiotics for a week in even more pain than when I arrived. After completing the course of antibiotics I returned for a further 2 extraction attempts, both of which failed and left me in yet more pain. They prescribed me no pain medication and told me paracetamol would be fine (it wasn't). They referred me to a dentist of their choosing for an extraction under sedation. The process of referral took so long I was able to have treatment by another practise who understood the urgency of my situation, within the time it took Petre's referral to even contact me.. The staff there seem lovely but that doeant really factor into the treatment I recieved. Also they will not provide any kind of sick note.
