Led me along for 2 months with different reasons as to why my twins couldn't start respite each week. Finally got a start date to be told the day before that they couldn't go anymore as all the staff had walked out. Lost the little bit of respite I had because of this company. Totally disgusting.

Not very helpful and only interested in taking according to their choosing and very reluctant to take severe challenging behaviour disability young people.

Do your research if your planning or going to use this service. Thank goodness i didn't send my child here! I've telephoned a few times for info on what services they have what activities they do & sleeping arrangements, Staff & the manger Andrea was ignorant. We applied for funding found out that a panel meeting social services refused to put it to panel for funding to fund respite here as safe gaurding issues complaints have been raised in the past.
