    Had a woman come to my house today and look through the outside cupboards. If I didnt catch it on my video doorbell I never would have known. Im sure she saw the blue badge on my car too proving we are a vulnerable household.

    Came to our property when I was out, tried to speak to my partner about a CCJ she allegedly had (partner shut the door in the womans face thankfully), the audacity of these people to think that they can actually walk onto your property, we have CCTV which shows the woman who came also put her keys onto the bonnet of a vehicle that was on our driveway causing a scratch, so we will be pursing the company directly for damages, the woman also took a photo of our house whilst standing on our property (when we have a 2 year old who was by the window of the property). Have sent a removal of implied right of access to them, should they step onto our property again, theyll be physically removed by myself.

    Slugs .... sending out 'We're coming to your door', threatening letters to an extremely vulnerable person. No apology just, 'oh the account is closed', when I phoned to complain and they realised their mistake. SLUGS!!
