Valley Driveways and Patios

Adam the owner was booked to come to my property for an appointment to arrange a quotation to carryout groundwork installing a new driveway and patio including landscaping work but he never turned up. He has ignored my messages and telephone calls. After reading other reviews now i know why. A cowboy builder. We are so glad we never gave him any work or handed over thousands of pounds of hard earned savings to this person.

I asked Adam at Valley Driveways to repair my Indian Stone flagged driveway. It was poorly laid by my original contractor (not Valley), resulting in loose/broken flags and poor pointing. Adam did the work, which appeared OK at the time, and I gave him a good review. However, flags soon became loose and broken again, and the pointing was very poor, being so soft it soon washed out during wet weather. I agreed with Adam to leave the work over that Winter, to be picked up again in the following Spring. Covid meant nothing could be done in 2020, so I started arranging for the repairs to commence in Spring 2021. Adam initially promised to come and assess the work needed, but never came. He completely ignored my repeated requests to visit, except on 2 rare occasions where he promised to come over at the following weekend. He never came, not offering any explanation why, and has continued to ignore me ever since. His guarantee is worthless, and his lack of communication is terrible.
