Exceptional service from professional and well informed surveyors. I have recently purchased my first home and instructed a level 2 report. A number of disrepair items were identified which I would not have been aware of otherwise. This has helped me renegotiate the asking price. Very pleased that I chose Michael Holden for our building survey. In discussion Michael and his son Bill explained to me that a short format building survey was the most suitable to my needs as it highlighted any issues with the property and went on to recommend a plan of works to rectify these issues, which is far more helpful than simply being presented with a list of faults. I found both Michael and Bill extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in their work and very pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

The report was detailed with lots of photographs and the receptionist arranged a call with the surveyor to discuss findings but I waited 13 working days to receive my report despite chasing up a couple of times
