        Asked me to put glassware in the bag I brought in and they dont want things lying around upstairs and therefore they dont accept donations unless in a bag. The black bag was quite flimsy so it was tricky to carry up to the stairway without ripping. No hello, no thank you, or on this occasion ill accept items without a bag, just a definite feeling that I was annoying her bringing stuff in! Maybe shes doesn't like the job. Ill take our things to another charity shop on Haslingden next time.
