Guys be very wary before ordering from this company or leaving deposits. We left 550 for a cake which Leanne refused to make or refund. Very difficult and refers back to her terms and conditions which she sends after you leave a deposit. Shady woman, dont be fooled by the shop front. Updated after the owners response. Is it still acceptable to withhold 550 after dates were changed based on covid restrictions which were constantly changing??? Annie was moving dates based on how the government were changing their lockdown restrictions and it is completely unfair regardless of whether you think you were offering a gesture of goodwill. Your terms and conditions were not based on COVID19 you were still operating as tho we were in normal circumstances which is unfair and wrong. You played it to your advantage. People make your own mind up but I know this is not how you do business. Side note we had deposits with multiple businesses elsewhere who all refunded us based on the lockdown we all had to endure

Doesnt even deserve one star. If you want the worlds worst service, to be lied to and unnecessary stress 3 weeks before your wedding book them! If not, dont bother!

Leanne has been my go to cake maker for quite some time now, so it was no surprise when I wanted her to do our wedding cake & dessert table goodies. Of course she did not disappoint! I had absolute trust in Leanne to design us something cool, quirky & contemporary as her style is something Ive absolutely always loved. Not only does her work look amazing but it tastes delicious also. We chose lemon and Victoria sponge for our tiers and had nothing but compliments on how yummy the cake was! If your wanting a super cool cake maker, then Leanne is your girl!
